This really depends on you. If you’re new, we suggest two or three sessions your first 2-3 weeks and as you improve, you can attend more or less classes, depending on your goals and needs. Bacially, the more often you come initially, the better & more lasting results. The first session is on us so please drop in and see if Mint Shape is for you!
Less is more. Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in like yoga pants, cycling shorts and and a sports top. Breathable clothing is key. No shoes, socks if desired. Towels, shower facilities and drinking water are all available at the studio.
Yes! You are definitely welcome to take classes if you are pregnant, but it will also depend on your current fitness abilities and how far along you are. Please contact us directly to set up a meeting so we can find the right type of exercise that’s best for you and your baby. We will also be more than happy to help you get back into shape once you’ve given birth.
Should you need to cancel your session, please be aware that Mint Shape operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note, your account will not be re-credited if you should cancel inside the 24 hour period.
