About the class.

Our signature Pilates class is a workout built around a highly effective formula that engages and strengthens your core, focuses on posture, proper alignment and all-around stability. Each class is 50 minutes long and all levels are welcome.

How it works.

Using the Pilates Reformer’s gilding carriage & spring resistance features, you will maximize performance and minimize downtime, creating a class that burns calories and tones your body in ways that conventional exercises cannot.

Trapeze Pilates

About the class.

Experience Pilates with the trapeze tower and take your workout to another level. Our most unique and challenging class, using a specially designed exercise table that allows for over 200 exercises.

How it works.

Your body is taken to a new level using spring resistance and the trapeze tower to increase the work load, and also to assist with stretching and toning. People fall in love with our trapeze class and once you’ve tried one, you will know why!

Ballet Sans Barre

 
Pilates upright. Micro-training for your entire body.
About the class.

This is more than the average Barre workout. Using movements taken from classical ballet this exercise program was developed (and is taught) by a professional dancer.

How it works.

This class strengthens and tones hard-to-target muscles, giving your body the long, lean, muscular look of a ballerina. It improves balance, posture, and overall muscle tone.
